Purchases and Refunds: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 5 days of purchase by calling 833-8-CIGARS. Cigars damaged during shipping to the customer will be replaced or afforded store credit. Please take a photo of the damaged packaging and products. Then immediately email the photos to firstname.lastname@example.org, along with your contact information. Any cigars damaged by the customer cannot be replaced or given store credit. Orders are shipped USPS First Class(3-5 day shipping time) or USPS Priority Mail(2-3 day shipping time) Monday through Saturday. Shipping payment standards are Flat rate shipping on First Class and USPS pricing on Priority shipping. Shipping is free for orders over $95. Orders are not shipped on Sunday.

Preorder Policy: Unless circumstances are out of our hands(distributor delay or error, alien invasion, etc), any preorder that is not shipped with 14 days of committed fulfillment date will can be exchanged for store credit of the equal dollar amount of preorder purchase. This can be done at the request of the consumer by calling 833-8-CIGARS or emailing email@example.com. Any preorder must be paid in full.
